Bomar Distributors Inc. is a company that has some of its own products, but also researches and
sources out good products in selected fields that can be drop shipped by those companies to our

Nutritious breakfast drink
Put the following ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- 2 cups of 1% or 2% milk OR soy milk
- 1/5 can of frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/3 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon of liquid honey
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of molasses
- 1 tablespoon of whey or protein powder
